MCAT provides help during a crisis to children and adults in Oneida, Herkimer, Schoharie, Otsego

Delaware and Chenango Counties.

MCAT seeks to de-escalate a crisis situation, prventing possible harm, keeping the problem outside

of the legal system and avoiding hospitalization when appropriate.

MCAT has the ability to respond to crisis where they occur.  MCAT works with the individual,

family and community agencies.

Concerns which are causing the person a serious problem in functioning is a reason to call.

The Warm Line Peer provides confidential peer support and self-help to

individuals in Otsego, Delaware, Schoharie and Chenango Counties;

The Warm Line is a phone call away where people can speak with a well

trained non-judgemental peer support operator who has been there.

The Warm Line can suggest referral to community services and

alternative means of finding growth and health;

The Warm Line can make pre-arranged contact calls to your home by a peer support operator.

The Warm Line is NOT a crisis hotline.
